Microsoft AI Org Faces Stricter RTO Rules: Microsoft is imposing a tougher return-to-office policy on its AI division under Mustafa Suleyman, requiring employees within 25–50 miles of key global offices to be onsite four days a week starting January 26. Exceptions will only be granted with direct approval from Suleyman’s leadership team, making the mandate more rigid than Microsoft’s company-wide three-day policy.
